Hooray for this new start. I'm right there with you. Debbie Cousins has an accountability challenge that I find helpful. It is a challenge that has a weekly update. I don't stress over how much I can actually do. It is just a good reminder of some of my goals regarding gaining better health. Come join if you feel it might be for you too.

Good for you for coming back. We’ve all been there with similar starts and stops and then sometimes life just gets in the way. Not sure how old you are but trust me, your future self will thank you. What has worked for me this time around is to log my meals, eat mindfully and try to get more exercise. Oh, and I was finally able to leave a stressful job behind. Hope you are able to figure out what needs to change and make it happen, one small thing at a time. All the best to you!

At 74 I am my future self. Every day when I look in the mirror and see that cute young girl staring back at me I thank her for thinking about me when she made some of life’s many decisions that would have had a very negative impact on who I am today.
