Just have to make a note of how great I’m feeling! Daily cardio and strength training twice a week has my energy through the roof! One without the other wasn’t doin it. Work doesn’t feel as worky and I’m slingin around bushels of oysters like its nothin. Guess it finally all clicked into place and i love it! 🤸♀️🤸♂️🤸
