In the ER with Lena, she had vertigo and extreme nausea. I never want that. poor thing she couldent move her head without swwoning and throwing up. Dont eat cheese and pastrami for dinner again . too many calories. Eat more protein red box from WW has some good high protein breakfast.and only 260 cal.
