Drumroll......I followed advice from everyone ty for that and ty to Joe Not Exotic for looking over my food journal for me, and giving me pointers on carbs, protein, and calories...IT WORKED! I have lost 2 lbs! I was scared to step on the scale cause I already ate breakfast and drank 2 waters but still..I am elated..now to keep it up! ty again!!
