Pretty decent dip in two days... I forgot to log in yesterday but was at 54,1
Closed my eating window at around 19.30 last night opening time today will be between 13-14.00. These smaller eating windows work for me and I like the challenge of extended fastings.
Calories I'm keeping at about 1000 logged leaving me room for any error. Body I'm still ok with, but I wouldn't mind being a bit slimmer.
