Well I've still kept it down! I keep waiting for the boomerang 1 1/2kg explosion but it hasn't happened.... yet. :D

I was thinking - last week I was on antibiotics, I wonder if that made me retain water. Because coming off them I've gone down quite a lot really fast. Just another idea to throw into the mix.

Well darlin you are less than 1 pound to the next set of integers!!!! That is so rewarding. From there every ten will be coming right on queue. You’ve totally got this😁

Thank you so much YOH for your constant unremitting support and warm fuzzies. I do feel enthusiastic. This is the longest I've ever stayed on a diet, and the most weight I've ever lost all together. I am very excited.

Absolutely im not going to forget about YOU! Listen, this should not be a diet but a permanent lifestyle right, otherwise subconsciously you will think you are dieting (shudder). Just change the word in your head. You have totally got this. When you get into the 80’s and then the 70’s you will be shocked at how you feel the years rolling back physically. At least thats how it was for me. Im super excited for you. Sending you loads of goodwill.
