proud day! im half way to my goal! self evaluation at the half way mark: honestly it has been such a struggle and commitment it feels like constantly being the last few minutes on the treadmill where I really have to fight to push myself to finish. do I really want to tackle another 50 lbs? I know it will be much harder because it is a bigger percentage of my body weight now that I weigh less. not a soul has even noticed that I have lost weight. my clothes still fit except some of my shoes are floppy now and im not sure how to fix that. my energy level is still the same but the big difference is my joint pain is way down. im really enjoying the keto style of eating. so many tasty foods! I try to keep it clean as I can. healthy fats except I indulge in a good amount of cheese. I love avocado so that helps a lot. im going to try to develop a taste for olives next. I cant stand them right now but I detested walnuts too and now I eat them everyday. okay. ive made the decision to go for it! another 50 lbs off here we go!
