I had a rough day yesterday, coupled with rough nights. Even though I lost weight, I'm frustrated! I wish I could figure out what my body needs to continue to lose weight, because right now I'm waiting to start gaining again... :-(

Weight loss is hard. You need to keep trying things and changing it up till you find what works. When the stop working, you change again. Consistency is key. Going on and off plan will can result in the same pounds going up and down. Stress can also effect the scale and keep you from losing. Find a good caloric intake that is sustainable but helps you lose a pound or so a week. Exercise/activity is also important (although you can lose weight without it). What kinds of foods are you eating? Are you eyeballing them or measuring out correct portions? Are you drinking water to flush out sodium and keep things moving? Are you getting enough lean protein, fruits and veggies? Exercise helps with stress. You might get a yoga dvd and try it at home. Change your mind set. Don't think you will start gaining. Think how you will be losing. Check out a book on amazon called "Becks Diet Solution". It's a book that helps us change our thoughts and and diet behaviors. Find ways to motivate yourself. I love pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation". You can make your own motivation board on there. Try a new diet plan to jump start your losses. Buy a new exercise video or clothes. Try new recipes. You CAN do this!
