Good Monday morning to all my buddies. What a crazy week. Work has just been going by really quickly, and even though I may sound crazy, I wish time would slow just a little so that I can get things done like I thought I would be able to. I gained a little this week, but I know it was from the extra large taco I had last night. I already had two small ones, and went for a big one too. Should've just left it alone at two like I told myself, but I went big anyways. By Friday, I will be back down, I know it.

Got back on track with exercise this morning. Felt really good to work out. How I've missed it. Between me being sick and my wife falling down and hurting herself, we haven't been too well with the exercising. Now it's time to get back on it.

I'm glad to see everyone is doing well. Hope you all have a great week.
