Despite missing the gym apparently yard work burns calories too. Getting ever closer to goal #2 - 220's my weight in my 50's. I wonder if turning back the weight clock turns back the physical clock. One can only hope. Long road still ahead, one week, one day at a time.

All in all, a rough week. My father passed away suddenly at age 67 on Victoria Day weekend, and the sound of fireworks is forever etched in my brain. Even though 28 years have passed, I still miss him fiercely. He was my biggest advocate, always had the belief that no matter what I would always land on my feet. He was right. I suppose knowing that gives me strength.
