Not too bad considering yesterday after I got home from my trip I totally binged out on peanutbutter, nuts, etc etc. Intermittent fasting didn't got particularly well while travelling.

The first day was fine, opened my eating window very late @ around 14.30 and closed it the previous night at 19.30. But yesterday was challening. I decided to play it safe and have a pretty big breakfast at the hotel as I wasn't sure if there would be appropriate at the tradefair - good move! There was really little food choices there (basically none). So I had 1.5 quest bar as "lunch" so by the time I got home I was STARVING! Calorie wise was hard to track - so eventually I just gave up. All I know was "too much" hahaha...

So last night I closed my eating windown at 19.30 and will probably not reopen till around 13.30 - 14.00. Its TOM so its a bit harder to be strict on myself heas I seem to be constantly hungry. The fact that I feel gross and bloated helps :)

Also going to a friends place for dinner so actually I will have no choice but to open my eating window a bit later as i won't be able to close at 19.30... most likely will be around 21.00.
