To suppress hunger I would recommend eating whole foods and eating highly satiating meals. Foods high in fibre and protein which will keep you feeling fuller for longer.
As far as motivation goes… Trust me, you will not always be motivated. Rather think of it as discipline. Despite how you’re feeling, you do what you need to do anyway. I’ve been finding this difficult at times, but when I’m consistent and keep showing up the feeling follows and can push you to want to do better. The best part is seeing the results of your hard work. I hope that makes sense and helps a little 🙌🏻🌼
