late to weigh in this week because I was travelling on the weekend and then catching up on things. I was going to wait until next week to weigh in but suddenly thought I needed to check to see if eating in restaurants for three days affected my weight. results from my blood work last week came in and LDL cholesterol is over 5 but A1C is under 6 so im on the right track but I need to speed up the process if I want to avoid more drugs, which I do.
