Less than I thought I had gained, but more than is acceptable. So mad I let it go this far. But, moving forward, I will focus on what I can change, and that is what I eat, and how much I eat. In 4 months, (1June2015) I will weigh 77kgs or less again. Focus. It is not magic, it is science. You wear what you eat.
