Well, my 3rd week doing an old Weight Watchers plan through the Healthi app and I'm thrilled to be another 2.8lbs down... so now 9.8lbs off the bodywork in total!! Still a long way to go, but I'm breaking my goals down into 10lb targets so that it doesn't seem quite so overwhelming.
I've been trying to get out at least a few times a week walking and also been trying to get back to doing some swimming too... thankfully, it all seems to be helping. The hardest thing is making it all a habit, but I've been enjoying it, so hopefully that's a first step.
I hope you've all had a good week and have a great weekend. It's another bank holiday weekend here in the UK for the Kings Coronation. We have a village celebratory "cream tea, sandwiches and cake" on Sunday... so here's to try not to over indulge too much and try to keep on track!
