being D2 and HEART PROBLEMS I do watch my WEIGHT and HEALTH always. .my BLS have been going UP n DOWN mainly due to a change of MEDICATIONS. A PACEMAKER n DEFIBRILLATOR is another DEVICE in my body. So the diet I'm doing the MEDITERRANEAN hopefully will be a great benefit to my well-being
