Feel great about this. Started strength training a few weeks ago and had mentally prepared for some ups and downs as I know I’ve gained muscle and lost inches.

Good for you!! I was a running addict until injuries stopped me ( full stop - walking with a cane and chronic pain).
After my knee surgery and back to walking and starting strength training, I feel my body get leaner and mind clearer. Also scales reflected a consistent loss, and clothes feeling better.
The walks listening to audio books are my daily escape 😊
