One year since I started bleeding, it seems that when we get into our 50's anything can suddenly go wrong! I'm on a 2 year waiting list for surgery. I picked up so much weight while feeling drained, energy low... Two weeks ago , on separate days costs or fibroids ruptured and from all the bleeding I spent almost every day in bed...again.. I still do my chores, the house is always clean and I cook every night. But, I made up my mind, regardless of my cramps health, I need to get healthy, at least with my weight. So here we go again, so far so good, and I'm not cooking any more because then I eat what I'm not suppose to ;) My goal is to get 10kg down and see how long it takes. Then I will tackle the next 10!
