Yesterday I was in the kitchen making this fantastic avocado toast on Ezekiel bread and micro greens when I got a call from work on my MS teams and when I walked around the corner to answer it I slipped on the hard wood floor where I had previously sprayed for ants and it was still slippery despite cleaning it with cleaner several times after. Took me forever to get up from my fall. Knees bruised and hurts to sit and get up and go up a couple of steps. Geez I’m not even 50 yet and already falling, how are things going to be when I’m 60, ugh. 😐 nothing broken just bruised and a bit swollen.
