It's crazy that as people we know what to do and how to do it. But struggle with JUST DOING IT!!! Its only been 24 hrs and the bloating is gone, plus 2lbs down. 2 cracked ankles and a bad knee can't be my excuse why I self sabotage. Today my goal is to go to the gym for at least 1hr and 30 mins. Small daily goals will help me stay accountable.
