Still maintaining at 135/136 consistently for 2 weeks now. I'm happy with that! I will shoot to hit 134 if possible this week. I ran 3.2 miles last week and tried to speed up a little but was still at a 10 min mile. It was speedier than I have been going lately with more distance so it felt fast. I ran another 3.2 this morning too. We went out for dinner tonight to the Chinese buffet- one plate of food without going up for more. I just am not stressing about the food lately or focused on it. It seems to be working out good. I am trying to remember not to overeat b/c of how it makes me feel afterwards- that too full and bloated feeling is just not comfortable.

So that is what is up with me. All is well and we've been having some beautiful weather here which is always nice. Hope all is well with you!

You are being so good and true with foods, good for you! 134 is totally doable, go for it!

Glad you're having nice weather - that really makes running so much more enjoyable. And you're making the most of it! Great job with the running! You asked about the running club I joined. I like the training program mainly because I'm meeting other women who are starting out, like I am. Plus, I'm finding more opportunities to run - some of the women meet every Saturday morning for a run and I'm hoping to join them for that. Good luck with your goal, and congrats on not letting thoughts of food control you!
