Had free day and either my scale is stuck or this is it. Lowest weight yet! I have learned if I have dessert, I have to limit carbs and up my protein. Hope the inflammation stays away . Sugar makes it worse. Darn Easter! Lol 😂 I’ll keep going. I have a goal, and will go well beyond. 💯 Enjoy a beautiful day!🌹🌻
