well. it seems I intermittend fasting is a pretty easy way for me to get back on track...I did t expect it would be so easy to go 12+hours without food,but it's really not that hard for me. a friend of mine told me she does it and bow that ly baby is eating solids I thought I would give it a try....very cool...very cool...feel great
