Hi Linda! If I can be a tad introspective: “Do the best you can for each symptom and know you have done what you can. Put that in perspective - acceptance is a powerful tool. Take the rest of that energy and be a best friend to your “self”. Being loved is important. Loving ourselves, is imperative to reaching our goals… we are never less lovable because of our circumstance.” I have ADHD and until recent years, I had struggled with myself all my life. Personal challenges were hopeless to me… It was when I stopped fighting myself (which I did by being my best friend - self compassion), it was only then that I was able to defeat that which was defeating me… Sending HUGE HUG ;) Doing something nice for yourself does not mean you can’t bend the rules. Sometimes there is no other way, and that’s okay… I hope that is not too much? Like I say, I have ADHD, I am emotionally based when I think…
