Slight bloating this evening for the 1st time since being on Atkins. Only explanation is I had 3 pieces of Hershey's sf chocolates instead of my (no more than 2) limit? Done taking antibiotics for my ear infections so my weight should start going down now. Been hungry even though I am eating 1800 calories a day!
