Today is my first day of my weight management fingers hurt from working out as well as my neck hips and back but im keep on going got water on my desk and im drink it tires of my heart hurting in the heat of TX. Will be good till my friends bday and then get grilled food when we eat out and work this program till labor day go off a bit and back on my grind till my bday looking for 20 pounds i can do this i have done it many many times before i just pray that this time when i do it i keep it off and dont blow back up like i have no no cloths fit and im fustrated with myself.
