I went ahead and recorded my steady weight of 135 and it's a Monday! Wow! I can't remember the last time that happened. I am always way up after the weekends. I've just been eating a little less I think and have had a good active weekend.

I ran today but it was a little grueling. I was considering trying for 8 miles but only did 4.6. Now I shouldn't say only 4.6, but it didn't seem as big of an accomplishment. Oh well. I didn't go out until later and the sun made me feel hot, etc. Earlier is better.

Anyway, that was just a quite update. The gym has been closed for 2 weeks with their annual cleaning so I'm looking forward to it opening again this week.

Hooray for a Monday steady weight! Don't look at my Monday weigh-in - it's not pretty. But I'll take care of it. Great job on the running! 4.6 miles is awesome, but I know how you feel about not going as long as you planned. Sometimes the stars are just not aligned for that perfect run! But you made the most of it! Have a great week.

gosh, I don't think I have ever done that, maybe once. Maybe! I am soooo working on that! hey its kinda nice to know your gym cleans that well huh! Gives you a change of routine too. Have a great week.
