Lots going on in my world right now. Having heart cath done tomorrow. Depending on how that goes need to have rotator cuff repair w/side of bone spur removal. Truly thankful for the blessing of friends and family supporting me. I am traveling today dr/hospital that I trust are 2.5 hours from home. He's kept hubby going for 22 years, multiple stents and finally double bypass 2 years ago. Just really seems weird to be on the other side. I'm healthier now than for the 40 years. Weight down 109#, exercising 3 to 5 times a week and cooking regularly for us and our neighbor lady. In spite of the health issues, I feel confident and empowered. The first thing Dr's say to you is loose weight and exercise. I did, and I am let's get on with it! If you are just starting your journey stay focused! Find what works for you and value yourself enough! You are worth it!
