I haven’t flown on a plane since January when I was 300lbs— the seatbelt was close to fitting but I did need an extender for a couple inches. I’m going to Italy on Sunday and I’ll be about 30lbs down since then, I am wondering if I’ll need the extender or if I’ll be okay without it. That’ll be a big non scale victory for me whenever it does happen.
I also notice I don’t have joint pain in my ankles and knees anymore!! Huge NSV!
