Good Morning. It is cooler here today and cloudy. I just noticed it is raining. I love the rain as it cleans everything up and the trees are a brighter green. My daughter and her husband are gone on a well deserved get away and the house it quiet. I have been organizing my miniature stuff. It is so nice to be able to do that without getting winded and have to sit and rest every few minutes. It reminds me of why I started the journey in the first place. I know I whine and moan about the weight not coming off as fast as I would like and find myself obsessing on my calories but every once in a while I remember I feel great and that is my real goal.

It seems like today I am smelling the roses and seeing the landscape instead of staring at the mountain top. Well I know I have things I want to get done today so need to get started. Have a restful day and enjoy where you are.
