I am SUPER happy with today's weight! It's the lowest I have been in a YEAR! In fact, probably longer than that because I remember getting excited last February about dropping to 209, but not being able to get past that. HOORAY!
I have been following the no wheat part of my diet 100%. I don't crave like I used to and eat a WHOLE lot less. Sometimes I wonder if I'm getting enough calories, but I listen to my body and go from there. I had a soda yesterday. I took about 4 sips and that was it. It's in the fridge at work still.
More than anything, I have been busting my butt with a trainer on both Monday and Tuesday, so this loss is ON TOP of gaining muscle. I'm super stoked!
