Thanks everyone!! Glad to finally be losing again. 78 lbs to goal and about a year to do it. I think it would be nice to face New Year's Eve 2015 at 145 lbs. That would be 1.5 lbs lost per week and that is close to the rate I have maintained since I began. I will need to lose more than that during the spring and summer since it is so difficult for me in the fall and winter. i will need to increase my exercise to compensate for the reduced calorie needs as I lose weight....hmm...
