Good Morning. All is going well with me. Work as usual is crazy but it is alright. I find it interesting how my attitude about food changes as quickly as the weather in North Idaho. One day I am struggling and the next day is easy. What's that all about? I suppose that "normal" people go through the same thing. But I would not know about that. All I know is that I need to be aware of my cravings vs hunger. But it is worth it all as I feel so much better and have more energy. For all you that are struggling it is possible to do this just stay the course. I am concerned a little about vacation but I know what to do and will be journaling and keeping track of my food. Well It is time to get ready for work so I will talk to you later. Have a good day and don't forget to smell the roses and look at the sides of the mountain once in a while. It is not all about the destination. It is the journey also.
