Had to finally weigh in because that usually stops me! I weighed in at 269!! Up 4lbs!! Ok, for real fresh start, starting with a one day fast to get all this crap out of me from the last few days!

Fasting use to help me a lot. Sometimes it feels good just to give your body a rest from food. I haven't had the wherewithal to do it for awhile though. Good luck with the fasting and keep your liquids up.
And yeah, sometimes they don't understand. I think I'm realizing I have to accept the support he can give the way he can give it to me without mnimizing my own goals and needs. It's a balancing act for sure.

The last few weeks I've been so frustrated with my husband!! He's soooo lazy!! I have to do everything, and I'm so sick of it! I have to clean, do laundry, cook, clean that up, and oh yah fit in exercise>? Yah right!

This is the reason I weight in daily. I NEED to be in control. I can handle the days where I gain weight, as long as I know I did my thing right. I know that I have eaten less than I have burned, so I am not concerned with the fluctuation (though it's taken me quite some time to learn to cope with it and expect it).
Daily weigh ins keep me motivated. When I lose, I get happy, when I gain, I get motivated. :)
