I am very excited about my progress this week. I often felt by lifing weights I wouldn't see the progress on the scale as often. this is what being in a calorie deficit and moving your body looks like. in fact, yesterday I had only eaten around 500 calories by dinner time; not because I was trying to starve myself but because it was a busy day for me. I work at home, and am usually up at 430 am to get in my lifting before my 6 am shift, but I didn't so I worked out at my lunch, leaving me with little time to eat my normal meals. anyway, I had errands to run after work so picked up some taco bell...not something I will be doing often, but it still remained in my calorie count for the day. I wasn't expecting much of a result on the scale because of that so I was very pleasantly surprised
