So close don’t throw away all your hard work now - just go “disruptive” and do something totally not you - I recently decided I’d walk for a week as opposed to cycling and I hate walking 🤣🤣 rebooted me got me going again

Great idea humpTdumpty! Sometimes we forgot that our mind plays a huge roll in looking after our body, and if mind gets bored it's game over.. So keeping it interesting is definitely a great advice..

Found low carb keto shifts weigh ( if ur healthy enough) no cholesterol pre plan your meals and you won’t be disappointed
Personally think u will be rid of the stubborn few kgs

Thank you all for your support and suggestions. I bought a keto recipe book but been Portuguese can't imagine my life without bread and rice and I can't see myself eating cooked food for breakfast!🙈🙈😂😂 I'm making different dishes, I always cook from scratch it's been nice to try and eat something different. Thanks again, this is a lovely community 😁
