Hi! I’m Elena 34 years old.
I am dietitian and nutrition coach 🌱

I was vegetarian 6 years, about 5 from them strict vegetarian (vegan). But since July 2022 I started eating egg, fish and see food and became nutritionist.

My passion is healthy lifestyle and strong beautiful body at any age. Yes, we can be healthy,
beautiful and look younger after thirty!

I help people to loose weight correctly and eat balanced food to get all daily nutrients for the strong health body.
