OK So... I indulged way too much over this last week or so and not enough exercise for the last month or so.... so now the dreaded weight gain has happened. So.... here I go again with a renewed determination to stay on track by exercising most days and eating 1200 calories most days until I am down to 134. Wish me success and I will do the same for you.
