I didn't weigh in yesterday, as I was feeling dejected and avoidant. I've been madly binging for the last few days, for a few reasons. I'm trying to get back on track now, aware of the whys but not dwelling on the binge. Time to reset and restart! 💚

I no it’s hard sometimes it feeling like one step forward two steps back Keep in mind we all have binge moments realising and putting a stop is a step forward consistency does have its rewards

I just looked at your profile, and saw that in all of these ups and downs that you experience, you've lost 7 kg! Focus on the positives. Whatever you're doing it's working!
