Well at least I am not gaining weight! I need to focus on the positives, I feel less toxic, I sleep better, I am saving money. Since January 6, I have saved $469 and 24, 400 calories not drinking wine everyday. Even though my weight loss is very slow, I am at a sustainable calorie level, I will be successful!
