Work up feeling great however I expected more weight loss, however I will take the 100g reduction as a win. Ketones at 2.2mmol/L which is excellent. This week will be particularly tough as I will be chasing at least a 1.9kg reduction and I want to try and put all my effort into it. I say I want to not will, as I have to listen and move as my body dictates. If I fell tired then I will cancel any strenuous activities (Gym) as I do not want to play with cortisol (ultimate plateau hormone). So best intentions and goals sometimes do not equal actions.
