with using Lunesta (rarely use this), woke too many times. but 8 hours sleep last night.
Busy at work lately so neck pain(headache) an issue, yesterday had to use my Turmeric/Ginger Juice/ lemon juice pain cure first thing in the morning! But it worked. as it always does.
Today just needed to ice base of my neck at c7- c4, which worked also.
