Thrilled at my weigh-in -- even though I know it's cheating a bit. The 222 weight was at the doctor's office, mid-day with clothes on. So really, I probably only weighed about 218, but I'm still really pleased. The proof in the pudding will be next month's weigh in. It's my birthday month, so lots of meals out... so I am being realistic and hoping for 209 next month.
