weighed in at 185 the lowest weight ever; 30 lbs lost in 2 months and one week, since oct7th on my own normal carb/low fat/normal protein im currently monitoring the calories/fat and have found that im still losing weight even after eating normal carbs as long as i watch my calories. was finding that raisins of all foods were sabotaging my diet and found them to have 500 calories in one cup wow.
no eggs, no dairy, no red meat, no processed meats(lunchmeat, hot dogs), no vegetable oils, no sugars or syrups, no nuts.
some food i can eat dried fruits in moderation, avocados in moderation, starchy veggies in moderation, high carb fruits in moderation(bananas), all low carb veggies, all low car fruit, one cup of beans per day so mainly salads, fruits, veggies, seafood and sometimes chicken thats about it.
because i bought a new scale that showed my correct weight as 5 pound heavier i had to go in and readjust all of my weight entries so that my chart looks normal again.
83.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 6.8 kg.    남은양: 11.3 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
