I lost like 5 pounds this week mayb bc of my period cam back or starving in the room yesterday i ate a little tiny bit of cereal hamburger kinda 1 rec peanutbuttercup and lots of chips...today i have eat too much cereal a few bites of pizza some bread and cream cheese 2muffin tops with cream cheese 2cups of coffee...then almond joy some chips skinny cow ice cream and a pickle&beef jerky...stopped atkins
77.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.2 kg.    남은양: 19.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 0.7 kg 감소하기
