I'm getting mad now!! it's been a month and I haven't lost anything. Stayed the same. I read some info about hitting the platau and that my body is trying to adjust to my weight loss. Well, I just hope it isn't getting comfortable with it because I need to drop 20 more lbs before it can. At least I'm not gaining weight so I should be thankful...

Hey there I haven't look at our full diet calender but...are you doing atkins? sorry anyways! more calories! I've known people who stall from eating 1500 calories and will only lose at 2000 calories [they are female] It also doesn't look like you are eating a lot of veggies, you are eating things that aren't on plan? like the sesame rice thins and the mocha coconut frappuccino and so forth you can't get mad at your body if you aren't eating properly. Eat more whole foods, more veggies try and shoot for 1500-1800 calories 60-70% fats and under 10% carbs. Sorry if I'm butting in, just want to help =] Alisa
