I'm getting mad now!! it's been a month and I haven't lost anything. Stayed the same. I read some info about hitting the platau and that my body is trying to adjust to my weight loss. Well, I just hope it isn't getting comfortable with it because I need to drop 20 more lbs before it can. At least I'm not gaining weight so I should be thankful...
