This morning just as I was about to get on the scales I noticed that my waist looked smaller, so I figured there'd be some kind of reduction, but I wasn't expecting this! I'm now 80.9, the lowest I've been in 3 years. Last night I caught up with friends from my old-old job, whom I haven't seen in over a year, and for the first time on this journey I heard the words I've been craving: "have you lost weight?", plus several compliments on how good I was looking! Obvi it's not all about what others think, but it sure was nice! Today I'm going to take my measurements, which I've not done since November, and I'll post the results tomorrow 💚
