Good Monday Morning to my FS friends. What a weekend. Lots of fun stuff going on. Had a good bowling day on Friday. RELAXED on Saturday. And then got to watch my daughter doing her thing in the Youth Orchestra yesterday. I'm so proud of her, even though I may not agree with a lot of choices she is making. Back to the Monday and Friday weigh ins and I couldn't express my happiness any more than I am. I am at the half way point of my official goal. I started this program at 310 pounds, but I was heavier at 320 before that. So, at 45.4 pounds lost and 44.6 to go, I am ELATED!!!!!!! And now that the exercise routine is changed up a little, my wife is starting to move from her plateau. Good news all around. I hope everyone had a great weekend. And I hope you all have an excellent Monday!!!!!
