Been going through relationship complicated issues since mid November. He moved out and has been staying in our 5th wheel at a local RV park. I gained some lbs due to feeling lonely, heartbroken, rejected, neglected, and alone. I weighed myself today and it’s time to get back into my weight loss journey once again to reach my goal of 150 lbs again. I know I can do it. I’ve reached it already back in October but then I would drink alcohol and then my current relationship issue started. I am ready to get back into it.
