Back from vacation! So glad to be home :-)

So I can't say I did very good on the diet while on vacation but, hey, it was vacation. I did good most of the day but I splurged pretty bad at dinner time. So many good things to eat but I'm home now and it's time to get back on the bandwagon.
80.0 kg 지금까지 감소한: 21.6 kg.    남은양: 5.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

I don't think we should have to obey our diets 100% on vacation. It's supposed to be a time off from our everyday lives. Should just watch ourselves a bit, but partake in all the good food! I'm sure the weight you might have gained will just shed off in a few days!

Weight gains after vacations are almost inevitable. Just get back to eating normally and the weight you did put on will fall off within a week. I've seen lots of buddies have up to a 10 lb gain that immediatley came off within the first week. Keep working hard and you'll see your normal weight again soon. Hope you had an amazing trip!!!!
